RK Development Partners (RK) founded in 2017, is a full-service real estate development team with extensive experience in a wide range of commercial projects. Our primary goal is to maximize land value and generate superior risk-adjusted returns.

Our team’s expertise comes from many years of combined experience in land acquisition, builder relations, project design, planning, permitting, and site construction. Our diverse skill set enables us to adapt to market trends.

The company’s principal founders, Reed Haydon and Kevin Menendez, have been involved in commercial real estate development throughout Florida for over 20 years. During that time, they have delivered millions of square feet of commercial space and numerous single-tenant net leased retail buildings. They have also developed strong relationships with various real estate professionals throughout the Florida market.

RK can develop projects as a principal or on behalf of clients or partners. With our experience and presence in many markets, we work with a network of professionals to identify development opportunities as either ground-up development or asset repositioning. We carefully manage each element of the due diligence process to increase the likelihood of successfully acquiring an existing property or developing a new property at a competitive price. We have developed over 600,000 square feet of self-storage with another 500,000 square feet in various planning & permitting stages throughout Florida.
