Reed Haydon is responsible for site design, site due diligence, project management, permitting, budgeting, and construction management. He holds an engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida. Throughout his professional career, he has worked as a consultant for developers and as a developer himself. He has designed and developed sites in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, and has been involved in the permitting and construction of over 1,000 residential lots and over 10,000,000 square feet of commercial property. In addition to self-storage development, Mr. Haydon also develops residential subdivisions and sells lots to regional and national home builders such as D.R. Horton, Pulte Group, and David Weekley Homes.
KEVIN MENENDEZ

Kevin Menendez is responsible for several key areas of self-storage property acquisition and management. These include site identification, conducting competitive analysis, absorption analysis, creating proformas, and maintaining equity investor relations. Mr. Menendez has been active in the self-storage industry for over ten years, serving as a financial analyst, broker, and entrepreneur. During his time at Marcus & Millichap, he has underwritten over $2 billion and been involved in the disposition of over $750 million in self-storage assets. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he dual-majored in finance and real estate. Mr. Menendez is also an active member of several trade organizations, including the Self Storage Association, NAIOP, CCIM, and ICSC.
